1. Services

Cedar Soundworks provides:

• Recording services
• Mixing and mastering
• Audio-related production services

All services are provided based on availability and project scope.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to our Booking & Deposit Policy.

• A retainer (deposit) is required to secure services
• Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

3. Project Delivery

For post-production work:

• Final files are delivered after full payment
• Delivery is typically via secure download

The studio is not responsible for maintaining indefinite file backups unless otherwise agreed.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service agreed.

Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project details
• Attending scheduled sessions on time
• Reviewing work and providing feedback in a timely manner

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Booking & Deposit Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain rights to their original work
• Cedar Soundworks retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes (unless requested otherwise)

8. Limitation of Liability

Cedar Soundworks is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data outside reasonable control
• Delays caused by factors outside the studio's control

9. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that:

• violates laws
• contains harmful or abusive content
• falls outside the scope of our services

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the studio operates.
